High school students in northeast Iowa aspiring to pursue agriculture-related studies can now vie for the Iowa Farm Bureau's latest initiative—the Robert H. Rewoldt Scholarship. This scholarship awards $3,000 each to two students, renewable for two years, providing a total of $6,000.
To qualify, students need to be enrolled in a two or four-year agriculture-related program at an Iowa-based institution and reside in select counties within the northeast region.
Robert H. Rewoldt, a dedicated farmer from Bremer County, exemplified commitment to agriculture and land stewardship. This scholarship, honoring his legacy, encourages young individuals to embody these values and contribute to rural communities in northeast Iowa upon completing their education.
Eligible candidates can access requirements and apply online at www.iowafarmbureau.com/scholarships. The deadline for a single application encompassing various Iowa Farm Bureau scholarship opportunities is Jan. 31, 2024.
