Feed Your Future - virtual ag career fairs

By Andi Anderson

The competition for talent in the agriculture and food sectors is a growing concern for employers, while skilled professionals are seeking the perfect roles in these industries.

To bridge this gap, the Feed Your Future U.S. virtual career fairs offer a platform for agri-food employers and job seekers to connect online efficiently.

These virtual events provide time and cost savings for both parties, allowing participation from any location. The first online fair of the season will take place on November 13, 2024.

“Through our mission of feeding the world with talent, we’re providing easy access to digital recruitment and talent solutions,” said Kathryn Doan, Chief Visionary Officer at AgCareers.com.

Careers are available across various sectors including farming, fieldwork, plants, labs, offices (both remote and on-site), and more within the United States.

The Feed Your Future U.S. career fairs, hosted by AgCareers.com, will take place in November 2024 and February 2025.

These events are held in collaboration with key industry partners such as the Farmer Veteran Coalition and Together We Grow.

For those interested, more information and registration can be found on their website or by emailing agcareers@agcareers.com.

AgCareers.com is dedicated to providing global talent solutions in agriculture and food, with a mission to "Feed the World with Talent."

The organization actively engages with candidates and employers to promote awareness of diverse career opportunities in the sector. For further details, visit their website.
