A specialized training session for certified commercial pesticide applicators is scheduled for February 12, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mahaska County Extension Office, located at 212 North I Street, Oskaloosa, Iowa.
The course, designed for applicators requiring annual continuing instruction, will cover three critical areas:
- 1A Weed Control
- 1B Insect Control
- 1C Disease Control
This session provides an opportunity for certified professionals to stay updated on best practices and regulations while earning necessary continuing education credits. The training is tailored to address the latest challenges and advancements in pest management, ensuring participants remain equipped with up-to-date knowledge.
The primary instructor for the course is Elizabeth Danielson, who brings extensive expertise in pest control and pesticide application. Attendees will benefit from her guidance and the comprehensive curriculum designed to meet their professional needs.
