Forbes Names Blain's Farm & Fleet Among Best Employers

Blain's Farm & Fleet announced that it has been recognized on Forbes magazine's 2019 list of America's Best Mid-Size Employers. The list, released annually, is based on extensive research in which Forbes seeks to discover which U.S. companies are the most successful at making their employees "feel happy, inspired, and well-compensated."

"More than 60 years ago my family founded Blain's Farm & Fleet with the understanding that our associates would be our highest priority," said Jane Blain Gilbertson, president and CEO of Blain's. "Our core mission is to treat our associates like family and our customers like neighbors. Many of our associates stay with us for decades. The list represents the top 500 mid-size companies -- those with between 1,000 and 5,000 employees. It was compiled by surveying more than 50,000 employees across 25 industries. The surveys were conducted anonymously through online panels to ensure employee opinions were free of any company influence. Blain's Farm & Fleet was ranked #293 in America, and #13 in Wisconsin.
